As someone living overseas and having an installation done at my mother's home in Retire@Midstream, I was completely dependent on the integrity and competence of the installer, since I can't be there myself.

I cannot express how much of a pleasure it was to work with Arno, Morris, and the team from Renew Solar.

I had purchased a 10kW Conderenergy inverter (don't make the same mistake) as well as batteries from another supplier. I phoned Renew Solar to assist with installation and adding of solar panels.

Arno was very thorough in his explanations and provided a full Helioscope simulation detailing our expected solar production for the year.

The quote was fully itemized and fairly priced. Installation by Morris and the team was fast, professional, and expertly done. On the second day of installation while finishing off, the MPPT controller on the Conderenergy inverter blew despite the input from the solar panels being well within the specified parameters for the inverter.

Morris and the team removed the inverter and returned it for me under warranty. Arno provided a replacement Conderenergy inverter the next day for installation, which he purchased himself from the supplier. Unfortunately, it ended up with a dead MPPT controller upon arrival.

We then decided to go with an 8kW Sunsynk inverter, which is working perfectly. Arno handled the warranty process for the two Conderenergy inverters for us and even refunded us for the first inverter so we wouldn't have to wait on the original supplier for a refund.

Even with all the Conderenergy inverter issues, the full installation was completed in only 3 days.

A well planned installation, promptly and most professionally (high quality products, very neat, etc) done. I can highly recommend DWCC. There are many in this business, but having a skilled electrical engineer in Arno plan and oversee the work makes a huge difference. His team also worked excellently and were a joy to have around the house.
